Organizing a one-day event to bring together people involved in science communication and outreach, with the aim of reflecting on and discussing ways to share knowledge by exchanging ideas and perspectives.

Context & Objectives
After several years of setting up science outreach projects and engaging with numerous members of the science communication community, we’ve come to a simple conclusion: we lack a space for professionals in science outreach and communication to meet and exchange ideas. We have therefore decided to launch the Agora des sciences: a day of reflection and discussion on knowledge sharing.
Role & Responsibilities

- Catering management
- Support for speakers
💬 On-the-day coordination
- Volunteer coordination
- Facilitating a roundtable discussion
